This prize is subject to certain restrictions. It is not negotiable, non-refundable, non-transferable, non-endorsable and extensions on the validity is not permitted. DRAWING:
All entries will receive a confirmation email with its number of participant. Winner will be selected on December 15th, 2009 by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, at the Mexico Tourism Board New York Office. The winner will be notified by e-mail. If the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or the winner doesn’t answer in 3 days, that winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. The Mexico Tourism Board reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion if it becomes technically corrupted. In such event, the prize will be awarded from eligible entries received prior to the date of termination. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by Sponsor or its agents. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, modify or suspend this sweepstake due to extraordinary circumstances.
